Customers leave feedback that requires clarification or a follow-up from the team but there isn’t an email input field. If there is an email input field then our team will be able to contact the customer that left the feedback.
Suggestion: Ability to enable/disable an email and name fields so each announcekit.app customers can determine which fields they’d like to display on the changelog page.
Currently, if the widget is configured with user tracking, user information is being linked to the feedback. However it makes sense to collect email addresses from anonymous visitors.
